Biography
Signe Groza holds MA degree in European Public Affairs from the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands, as well as BA in Politics degree from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Signe has an extensive EU affairs experience having worked for several EU institutions and bodies in the past incl. the Representation of the European Commission in Latvia, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European External Action Service and the EU Delegation in India. Signe has also worked for NATO Support Agency in Luxembourg; and for one of the leading EU public affairs consultancies in Brussels. Her academic interests focus on the European Union's Foreign and Security Policy, the Common Security and Defence Policy and EU-NATO cooperation, in particular. Signe has also worked on projects in areas such as migration, fair taxation, MFF negotiations and others.
